Qualifications
- Strong logistics background across transport, warehousing or contract logistics.
- Experience in senior business development, regional sales or key-account leadership.
- Track record of winning new business and growing major accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a regional commercial strategy aligned with plan.
- Own select strategic customer relationships and pipeline of opportunities.
- Lead tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into delivery.
- Forecast regional performance and maintain CRM discipline.
- Shape regional commercial structure and lead potential team growth.
