Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd is recruiting a Regional Sales Executive to drive growth across Bristol and Gloucestershire in our Waste Management division. You’ll spend time meeting customers, identifying opportunities and presenting tailored waste solutions, with full support provided to succeed.

Qualifications

• Confident and motivated salesperson who enjoys winning new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in sales is beneficial, but attitude, drive and determination are more important than industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Generating and converting new business opportunities across your region.
• Building long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
• Identifying customer requirements and presenting tailored waste management solutions.
• Managing and developing existing accounts to maximise opportunities.
• Keeping up to date with market trends.
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and customer records within our CRM system.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
