Job summary

Gallagher Security, based in Christchurch, seeks a driven electronic security expert to lead the South Island region. You’ll own the health of the estate, conduct proactive reviews, and support partners to design and deploy the Gallagher platform across sites.

Some travel will be required to serve stakeholders. This home-based role requires an hands-on background with Gallagher products, a collaborative mindset, and strong IT/networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working with electronic security systems.
• Experience with security system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of networked IT environments as they relate to security.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of the South Island Estate, running proactive system reviews and site health checks.
• Coach and enable channel partners to design and sell the Gallagher platform.
• Deliver expert technical support to the Gallagher team, partners, and end customers with compelling product demonstrations and tender responses.
• Lead proactive technical support and solution design including on-site or remote assistance and migrations.
