Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a Regional Support Worker to join our multi-site team in London, New Malden and Kingston. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care across services and settings, with travel between sites and a rota that includes evenings and weekends.

You will support adults and children with complex needs, maintain care standards, and contribute to successful community engagement. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence and own car.
  • Experience in Social Care is essential.
  • Able to travel between services and locations.
  • Calm, adaptable demeanour and quick to learn routines.
  • Flexible to rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Regional Support Worker
Locations: London, New Malden and Kingston
Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable female Regional Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives while working across a range of services and environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.

As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations, including London, New Malden and Kingston. You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.

The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering person‑centred care across a range of services
  • Supporting individuals in supported living and community settings
  • Assisting with personal care, communication, medication, and daily living
  • Supporting community access and social engagement
  • Adapting confidently to new environments, routines, and teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and safe, consistent standards of care

Experience & Skills of a Support Worker:

  • A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
  • Previous experience in Social Care is essential, along with the ability to adapt confidently to a variety of situations.
  • Confidence and willingness to travel between services.
  • A calm, adaptable approach, and the ability to learn new routines quickly.
  • A reliable and flexible work ethic
  • Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
