Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a little girl in her family home in Hatfield, Doncaster, alongside her 3 family dogs.

You will support with complex epilepsy, PEG feeding and ketogenic plans, asthma management, moving and handling, personal care and sensory activities, while following care plans to ensure safety and consistency.

Shift Pattern:Term Time - 14.45pm to 18.00pm & Non-Term Time - 8.30am to 15.30pm & Waking Nights - 20.00pm to 6.00am

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic female Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a little girl living in her family home in Hatfield, Doncaster with her 3 family dogs.

They have complex clinical and developmental needs and require someone who will take the time to really get to know them.Although they are non-verbal, they communicate through their facial expressions and responses, making consistency and relationship-building incredibly important.

You’ll provide support with their complex epilepsy, PEG feeding and ketogenic feeding plan, asthma management, moving and handling, personal care and sensory activities.

You will receive the information and support needed to understand their individual care plans and provide safe, consistent and compassionate care.
