Acuity Care Group in Saxilby, Lincoln is seeking a Bank Female Support Worker to provide 2:1 support to a lady with complex needs. The role involves daily living tasks, personal care and promoting independence.

Shift Pattern: Bank - 8:00am - 20:00pm & 20:00pm & 8:0am

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Bank Female Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a lady living in Saxilby, Lincoln. The lady we support is verbal and mobile and has Global Developmental Delay, EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder), Autism, a visual impairment (registered blind), and emotional and behavioural support needs.

You will provide consistent, person-centred support with daily living, personal care, emotional wellbeing and behavioural support, while encouraging independence, choice and a positive quality of life. Building a genuine relationship is an important part of this role. She enjoys attending her day centre twice a week, spending time with her indoor cat, and getting involved in baking and cooking.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

• EUPD and/or complex personality disorders
