ASEL is part of the Argenbright Holdings Group, a privately owned $2.2bn organisation founded in 1979 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Argenbright has extensive experience in aviation services, facilities management, BPO, and technology, with a heritage in security services across the USA and Europe.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our operations team alongside the Regional Operations Manager for a designated regional area. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting financial targets, driving operational excellence, and leading strategic direction of operational teams. 2. Schedule employees and manage staffing needs.
  3. Manage employee recruitment, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  4. Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Lead employee engagement and succession planning efforts.
  6. Identify and address contract KPIs for improvement.
  7. Maintain financial accuracy and performance management.
  8. Develop assignment instructions and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and prior experience in security or commercial contract management as a site or regional supervisor, with experience managing staff within a team. Experience in project management, health and safety compliance, and line management is essential. Integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills are crucial. A UK driving license and a five-year work history are required.

Applicants must provide a full 5-year checkable work or education history. If selected for an interview, please bring your right to work documents and recent proof of address.

Due to high application volumes, if you are not contacted within 14 days, please assume you have been unsuccessful.
