Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd, a UK loss adjusting specialist with offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team across the assigned region. You will drive operational excellence, mentor specialists, and ensure high-quality subsidence claims handling in line with regulatory requirements.

You will build strong client relationships with brokers and insurers, monitor KPIs, oversee end-to-end claims, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in insurance or risk management.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with ability to inspire a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making in complex situations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on operational targets and delivering high-quality services.
• Proficient in using claims management software and related tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of subsidence specialists to high performance and goal achievement.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims within the region, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Review and evaluate complex claims for coverage and settlement strategies.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors to assess risk and develop strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, drive efficiency and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and external stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on claims activities and regional trends.
