Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team. Manage claims, drive performance, and strengthen client relationships across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, deep subsidence knowledge, and a track record of delivering high-quality service while meeting regulatory requirements. Travel within the region is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (e.g., insurance, risk management).
• 5+ years of subsidence claims management experience, supervisory/managerial ideal.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of subsidence specialists to drive high performance.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims management within the region following company policies.
• Review complex claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement strategies.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, and risk assessors to assess risk and develop strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, drive efficiency, and conduct audits to ensure quality standards.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with brokers and external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated client inquiries and issues.
• Support business development to expand client relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on claims activity, performance, and regional trends.
