Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead a specialist team in the subsidence claims arena. The role focuses on managing end-to-end claims, client relationships and delivering operational targets.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, deep subsidence expertise and a track record of achieving performance goals within a regional setting. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in insurance, risk or related field.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of subsidence specialists to deliver high performance.
• Provide guidance, training and mentorship to the team; set clear performance expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims management within the region; ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors on complex claims.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct quality audits, and drive process improvements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and stakeholders.
