Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team across the region. You will drive high-quality claims handling, mentor managers, and build strong client relationships, while delivering operational targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting into the leadership team, you will optimise processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with insurers and risk assessors to develop effective claims strategies and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repairs.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with focus on achieving operational targets.
• Proficient in claims management software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of subsidence specialists to high performance.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end management of subsidence claims within the region.
• Review and evaluate complex claims for coverage and settlement strategies.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors on claims strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits and implement best practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
• Prepare regular reports on claims activities and regional trends.
