Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team and oversee end-to-end subsidence claims management across the region.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will have proven leadership, deep subsidence knowledge, and the ability to drive operational targets while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of subsidence specialists to achieve high performance and goals.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims management within the region and provide technical guidance on complex cases.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and external stakeholders within the region.
• Prepare regular reports on claims activities, performance metrics, and regional trends for management.
