Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead a team of subsidence specialists and drive high-quality claims handling across the region. The role requires strong leadership, deep subsidence knowledge, and a track record of achieving operational targets.

You will oversee end-to-end claims management, collaborate with insurers and risk assessors, monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement. Travel within the region is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in subsidence claims management.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of subsidence specialists to achieve targets.
• Oversee end-to-end management of subsidence claims within the region.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Manage client, broker and stakeholder relationships within the region.
• Prepare regular reports on claims activities and regional trends.
