Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead and develop the Subsidence Specialist Team within our high-quality loss adjusting operation.

You will oversee end-to-end subsidence claim handling across the region, mentor experts, drive performance, maintain strong client relationships, and work with insurers, brokers and risk assessors to deliver compliant, timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., insurance, risk management).
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant insurance policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of subsidence specialists to achieve goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims handling within the region.
• Review complex claims and advise on coverage, liability and settlements.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors on strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, drive efficiency, and conduct audits for quality assurance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on claims activity, performance metrics and trends.
