Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Manager Regional Site Operations to lead the on-site technology experience across diverse locations. You will manage the Site Experience Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency from large campuses to small offices.

The role balances global standards with site-specific needs, partnering with platform teams and site leadership to drive improved experiences, project delivery and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Lead the Site Experience Analysts across the region.
• Own on-site technology experience including meeting room & local infra.
• Apply global site experience standard regionally, adapt to site types.
• Plan coverage across sites balancing on-site, remote, and partner capabilities.
• Act as escalation point for site tech issues to resolution.
• Use telemetry and data to prevent issues before they occur.
• Collaborate with site leadership, facilities & business teams.
• Support site level projects including refreshes, moves and closures.
• Hold MSPs to standards and escalate performance as needed.
• Represent site realities to platform/product teams for practical service design.
• Measure regional site experience via service data and feedback.
• Drive automation and AI-assisted operations at site level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Site Experience Analysts team across the region.
• Own the on-site technology experience at GSK locations, including meeting room and local infrastructure.
• Ensure consistency with global standards while adapting to site variances (manufacturing, labs, offices).
• Plan and manage coverage across sites, balancing presence with remote support and partner delivery.
• Escalate site tech issues and drive resolution with the involved teams.
• Proactively fix problems using site telemetry and health data.
• Partner with site leadership, facilities and business teams to align tech with actual site activities.
• Support site-level projects, refresh programs, moves, expansions and closures.
• Hold vendors to performance standards and address underperformance.
• Translate site realities to platform and product teams to design practical services.
• Measure and report regional site experience; act on feedback.
