GSK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Risk to lead risk monitoring, indexing and automation across IT and OT in R&D labs, manufacturing plants and laboratories. The role combines hands-on work with leadership of a team and stakeholder management to provide continuous visibility into assets, threats and control effectiveness.

The candidate will own the Site Cyber Risk Index, develop risk indicators, and partner with Technology Risk and Compliance to enable informed decisions

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technology or OT risk in an operational site context.
• Working knowledge of site or plant risk assessment.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement with site and engineering leadership.
• Strong background in network security, OT security and regulated environments.
• Experience building or operating continuous control monitoring, risk indices or KPI models.
• Experience partnering with penetration testing, red team or architecture review functions.
• Significant experience in cyber security within the relevant domain.
• Proven experience leading a team or programme of work.
• Experience delivering to plan, quality and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead a defined area of the capability, including its people, delivery and outcomes.
• Develop team capability through coaching, review and structured feedback.
• Represent the area in CSO governance and cross-functional forums.
• Build and maintain understanding of assets, threat intelligence, risks and controls across IT and OT.
• Build and run continuous control monitoring across sites to provide ongoing visibility into control operating effectiveness.
• Own and govern the Site Cyber Risk Index model, ensuring it reflects site risk posture and actionable guidance.
• Build out KPIs and automation to drive remediation at sites.
• Partner with business partnering teams to provide data and tooling to engage site leadership.
• Perform ad hoc risk assessments across sites as needed.
• Engage cyber defence, architecture and solutions teams for services like pen testing and reviews.
• Partner with OT engineering teams to understand operating environments.
• Collaborate with Risk Intelligence and Decision Support on data gathering and visualization.
