Qualifications

• Proven success leading a field-based sales team in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of service contracts, compliance, and value-based selling.
• Track record of achieving targets in mid-market sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop regional sales team to exceed service contract targets.
• Build and execute regional plans to grow maintenance revenue across fire, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.
• Strengthen relationships with commercial clients worth large turnover.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and performance oversight.
• Support key meetings, negotiate service agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and engineering for onboarding and retention.
