Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Group is looking for a Regional Service Sales Manager to join the North Region's Sales Leadership Team. You will lead and develop a regional sales force, drive contracts revenue and manage multi‑discipline customer engagements across fire detection, suppression, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.

The role offers up to £65,000 per year, with OTE of £90,000+ and uncapped commission, plus a competitive benefits package and a strong people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading a field-based sales team and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of service contracts, compliance and value-based selling.
• Track record of mid-market B2B target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to exceed service contract targets.
• Build and execute regional plans to grow maintenance contract revenue across fire, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.
• Strengthen relationships with commercial clients ranging from £2m to £100m turnover.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and performance oversight.
• Support key meetings, negotiate service agreements and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, operations and engineering for onboarding and retention.
