Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading or supervising a regional team.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment.
- Experience with software configuration and firmware updates.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across various projects and markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional team of Service Engineers to deliver high-quality service.
- Coordinate with dispatch to allocate jobs and balance workload regionally.
- Act as first point of escalation for technical and operational queries.
- Manage maintenance, repair, and modernization of parcel locker machines (APMs).
- Maintain technical documentation and service manuals for accessibility across the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and internal procedures.
