Envipco is expanding its UK operation and seeks a Field Service Manager for the North West. The role combines hands-on electro-mechanical installation and commissioning with leadership of regional engineers and service delivery.

Reporting to UK & Ireland operations, you will drive safety, cost control and performance while shaping a growing field team across multiple sites. You will begin hands-on with pilot machines, then transition to managing the regional engineering network, ensuring service

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and leading engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating service or installation across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel throughout the North West.
• Rollout experience and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications advantageous.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission and service pilot machines.
• Manage regional installations, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate jobs with the Service Centre and engineers.
• Plan resources, workloads and routes for regional coverage.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of engineers.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews for engineers.
• Monitor performance metrics like first-time fixes and response times.
• Maintain safe working practices and risk assessments.
• Manage regional costs and service records.
• Resolve customer escalations and improve processes.
