Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our UK Network Health team. You will coordinate field service engineers, manage tickets, and support internal teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will leverage ticketing systems, build vendor relationships, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining clear documentation and cross-department communication. This role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with extensive collaboration across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience using ticketing systems to log and manage issues.
• Background in IT, technical, or engineering support is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple locations and teams.
• Detail oriented with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Raise, update, prioritise, and elevate tickets in line with SLAs.
• Direct tickets to departments and engineers across the UK with postcode awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with maintenance vendors.
• Update and distribute daily reports and manage planned downtime.
• Respond promptly to queries from other departments with accurate info.
• Monitor CCTV feeds to verify issues and assist troubleshooting.
• Keep documentation updated and processes clearly recorded.
• Audit newly added parcel machines for operational standards.
• Monitor machine network capacity for customer availability.
