KT Healthcare is seeking a Regional Service Lead (SEND) to oversee operational performance and growth of SEND therapeutic services within a defined region. The role combines leadership of clinical and operational teams with strategic engagement of stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality services.

You will work with clinical, operational, quality, finance and commercial teams to drive service development, monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance across the region across remote

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior operational or service leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the SEND Therapies landscape and commissioning.
• Experience in SEND, neurodevelopment, healthcare, social care or related environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of SEND therapeutic services across the region.
• Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation.
• Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive service improvement.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, SEND teams, NHS/ICB partners, schools and referrers.
• Develop understanding of regional SEND commissioning priorities and identify opportunities for development.
• Support tenders, frameworks, contracts and mobilisation of new services.
• Identify and manage operational risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure services meet quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.
