Job summary

KT Healthcare is seeking a Regional Service Lead to oversee SEND therapeutic services across a defined region, with remote or Head Office based in Chichester.

In this leadership role you will manage operational performance, clinical teams and stakeholder relationships, ensuring safe, efficient services and continuous improvement.

The role offers £45,000-£50,000 plus a benefits package, 37.5 hours a week, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior operational or service leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SEND therapies landscape and local authority commissioning.
• Experience managing healthcare or SEND services and teams.
• Proven ability to use KPIs and data for performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of SEND therapeutic services across the region.
• Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvements with data.
• Engage with local authorities, NHS/ICB partners, schools and referrers.
• Support tenders, contracts, and mobilisation of new services.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.
