Job summary

KT Healthcare is seeking a Regional Service Lead to oversee SEND therapeutic services across a defined region. The role combines operational management with clinical team leadership and key stakeholder engagement.

You will work with clinical, operational, quality, finance and commercial teams to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, within a remote or Head Office-based setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior operational or service management leadership roles.
• Knowledge of SEND therapies landscape and local authority commissioning.
• Experience with governance, quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and commercial performance of SEND services across the region.
• Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation.
• Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvement with data.
• Build relationships with local authorities, SEND teams, NHS/ICB, schools and referrers.
• Identify opportunities for service development and regional commissioning priorities.
• Support tenders, frameworks, contracts and mobilisation of new services.
• Identify and manage operational risks and drive continuous improvement.
