KT Healthcare is seeking a Regional Service Lead to oversee SEND therapeutic services across a defined region. The role is remote-based within the region or from the Head Office in Chichester, with a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits.

You will lead clinical and operational teams, manage referrals and capacity, drive service development, and build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS/ICB partners, schools, and referrers. Permanent, full-time role with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior operational/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SEND Therapy commissioning and local authorities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or SEND environments.
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and commercial performance of SEND services across the region.
• Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation.
• Provide leadership to clinical and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvements.
• Build relationships with authorities, NHS/ICB, schools and referrers.
• Support tenders, frameworks and mobilisation of new services.
• Identify and manage operational risks and ensure quality standards.
