Job summary

KT Healthcare, a family-owned provider of SEND therapies and neurodevelopmental services, seeks a Regional Service Lead to oversee operational performance, development and growth across a defined region. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage referrals and capacity, and partner with authorities and schools to deliver high-quality care.

This leadership role combines clinical and operational responsibilities, with a focus on KPIs, governance, and service development.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in operational/service management or commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of SEND therapies and local authority commissioning.
• Experience with KPIs and data-driven service improvements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of SEND services across the region.
• Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvement.
• Engage with local authorities, NHS/ICB partners, schools and referrers.
