KT Healthcare is a family-owned provider of neurodevelopmental assessment, SEND therapies and complex care. We are seeking a Regional Service Lead to oversee the operational performance and growth of our SEND therapeutic services across a defined region.

The role combines operational management, clinical leadership and service development. You will work with clinical, operational, quality, finance and commercial teams to ensure services are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior operational or service management role.
• Strong knowledge of SEND Therapies landscape and local authority commissioning.
• Experience in SEND, neurodevelopment, healthcare, social care or related environment.
• Experience managing services, teams or operational performance.
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive performance and improvement.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of SEND therapeutic services across the region.
• Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation.
• Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive service improvement.
• Build relationships with local authorities, SEND teams, NHS/ICB partners, schools and referrers.
• Identify opportunities for service development and support tenders and contracts.
