Job summary

Mitie is recruiting a Security Operations Manager to join the Security Management Team in London. You will lead a region, coach and drive performance of security officers across multiple sites, ensuring policy compliance and delivery of service levels for our client.

The role requires proven operational management experience in high-pressure environments, managing 25+ staff, plus strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven operational management experience in high-pressure environments.
• Experience leading 25+ employees across multiple sites.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Full UK driving license and Frontline Door Supervision / Security Guarding Licence (CCTV licence beneficial).
• Level 3 apprenticeship in management development; working towards Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of a designated region, ensuring the team delivers high levels of service across multiple sites.
• Maintain and review Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments.
• Lead recruitment, establishment planning and staff development to meet coverage KPIs and service delivery.
