Job summary

Wernick Modular Hire, part of the Wernick Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Cannock region for modular hire solutions. The role focuses on developing new business, building client relationships, and promoting our modular offerings with occasional site surveys and client events.

The successful candidate will have proven sales experience in modular buildings, excellent communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence, with travel within the region expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development in modular building sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Building Regulations relevant to modular hire.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within the Cannock region.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients for long-term partnerships.
• Onboard and open new accounts ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Attend customer meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations highlighting value propositions.
• Use logical reasoning to resolve problems and make decisions.
• Attend review meetings and address action points promptly.
• Promote and introduce new products as required.
• Carry out site surveys to assess customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Organise and attend client events to strengthen relationships.
• Support depot managers on customer visits as needed.
