Job summary

Wernick Group Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based at our Cannock site to drive growth across a defined region in modular building hire. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, opening new accounts, and delivering tailored presentations to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales or BD experience in modular buildings, a solid understanding of Building Regulations, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or Business development role in modular building.
• A thorough understanding of Building Regulations is essential.
• Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the designated region.
• Build relationships with prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Open new accounts and onboard customers with excellent service.
• Attend customer meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations showcasing products and services.
• Use logic to arrive at decisions or solutions to problems.
• Attend review meetings and respond to action points in a timely manner.
• Introduce and promote new products where required.
• Carry out site surveys as and when required.
• Organise and attend client events.
• Accompany depot managers on customer visits as needed.
