Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Modular Cabins to cover the North West and Yorkshire. You will sell a manufactured bespoke range of steel containers, modular and portable buildings, and site accommodation to housebuilders and main contractors.

Typical orders range from £100,000 to £500,000 with a monthly target of £300,000. The role includes framework opportunities with Belway, Redrow and Persimmon, and the company offers a £60k-£70k salary plus up to £12k bonus and

Qualifications

• Field sales experience with housebuilders and/or tier one main contractors.
• Network of contractor contacts is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic and ability to get in front of people.
• Ideally £2 million+ annual field sales achievement.
• Commercially aware and able to close deals.
• Hungry for new business and growth.
• Ideally good knowledge of the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Sell manufactured bespoke steel containers, modular and portable buildings.
• Target 70% to housebuilders and tier one main contractors; 30% to rental/hire businesses.
• Aim to achieve £300,000 per month; typical orders £100,000 up to £500,000.
• Work on framework agreements with Belway, Redrow and Persimmons.
• Cover North West & Yorkshire area with proactive client engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships to win new business.

• 70% Selling into housebuilders and tier one main contractors


• 30% into rental and hire businesses


• Targeted to achieve £300,000 per month


• Typical orders £100,000, but can be £500,000 for 20 modular units


• Framework agreements already available with Belway, Redrow and Persimmons
