Job summary

ACS Performance Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Wales and surrounding areas to drive sales of domestic heating solutions, including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps and water heaters. This field-based role offers home-based flexibility and requires building strong relationships with plumbers merchants, installers and other industry stakeholders.

You will manage and grow an existing customer base, identify new opportunities, promote products, provide technical and commercial advice,

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional Sales Manager or similar in the plumbing and heating sector.
• Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems, particularly gas and oil boilers.
• Experience working with plumbing and heating merchants and installers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer base, maximising sales opportunities across the territory.
• Build strong relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase regional sales and market share.
• Promote domestic heating products, providing technical and commercial advice to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotions and incentives to drive performance.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain excellent service levels.
