Job summary

ACS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Wales and surrounding areas.

The role is field-based with home-based elements, focusing on promoting a range of domestic heating solutions, including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps and water heaters, by working with merchants, installers and other industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background in plumbing and heating, proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

Experience as Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager in plumbing and heating sector.
Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems incl. gas/oil boilers.
Proven ability to build relationships with merchants, installers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing customer base across Wales and surrounding areas.
Develop relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers and stakeholders.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase regional sales and market share.
Promote domestic heating products and provide technical/commercial guidance to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotions and incentives to drive performance.
