You will report to the Regional Sales Director and play a key role in expanding Atlas Copcos market share and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, deep technical engagement with customers, and the introduction of new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT/CS, Communications, or related field.
• Sales experience with KPIs preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster partnerships with automotive facilities and suppliers to drive growth.
• Grow existing accounts and secure new partnerships to expand market share.
• Develop and execute territory business plans leveraging Salesforce and PowerBI.
• Lead and drive all sales processes to meet targets.
• Elevate customer satisfaction with responsive, solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and support growth.
• Introduce new products as the customer-focused ambassador.
• Provide real-time market insights to guide product strategy.
