The Opportunity – Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our innovative recycling solutions within a designated region. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Demonstrating cutting-edge equipment to prospective clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer partnerships
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

This position offers flexible home working, with frequent travel to customer sites.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Proven experience in capital equipment sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the recycling/waste management industry (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within your region
  • Ideally based in the East, South East, or South Central UK
