Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the PRIMIS Sales Team in a role that supports the Regional Sales Director for the Northern region. The Midlands team have oversight of some 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms with around 500 writing advisors in total within the region. The utopia geography will be Sheffield / Leeds. The role is wide ranging and varied but will include:

Responsibilities
  • Relationship management
  • Assisting in driving the sales result across Protection, Mortgage and GI
  • Supporting regionalised PRIMIS events
  • Welcoming new firms into the region
  • To maintain and enhance service levels with our valued partner firms
  • To encourage growth in business, turnover and manpower
  • Provide ongoing support to both newly recruited firms and sellers into existing firms
  • Support business development within the regions
  • Encourage and facilitate best practice within the region
  • Attend sales meetings / workshops / training sessions / Sales team meetings
