Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West and Wales. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, reporting to the Country Sales Manager, and you will operate with autonomy in a global company.

The role offers a strong starting salary of £50,000 with a structured progression to £55,000, a company car, KPI bonus, 23 days holiday rising to 25, a pension scheme and life assurance after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven background in B2B sales, ideally in hygiene, paper or FMCG products.
• Able to provide sales figures (if not shown on CV).
• Target oriented and driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Computer literate.

Urgent: Full Time

We are looking for experienced and driven regional sales manager who still get that rush after nurturing a deal to closing. Someone who is looking to join a global company with some truly amazing future prospects.

The Job

• Covering the South West of the UK & all of Wales
• Attend marketing events (trade shows, seminars etc.)
• Generating leads and new business
• Developing existing accounts
• Primarily selling to buyers with the option to sell direct to end users
• Selling new products alongside existing

This is a solo role where you will take responsibility of the process from start to finish reporting to the country sales manager. So if you want to run your job like it s your own business this is the chance.

To be considered

• A proven background in B2B sales ideally with hygiene, paper or FMCG products.

• Full UK driving licence

Ideally located in the West Midlands, Wales or South East.

If successful your first week will required you to be on site for a comprehensive induction (hotel will be provided)
