Regional Sales Manager – North West
Location: Ellesmere Port (Office-Based with Regional Travel)

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for sales and team development? Certas Energy is looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Ellesmere Port, overseeing our operations across the North West region.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and inspire both field-based and office-based sales teams, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional results. You'll be responsible for creating and executing a regional sales strategy that aligns with our national business goals—ensuring high standards of customer service, profitability, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team to exceed targets
  • Driving employee engagement and improving team dynamics—reducing absence and attrition while promoting flexibility
  • Supporting ongoing training and professional development to enhance team capability
  • Growing new business opportunities and improving customer retention
  • Translating national sales strategies into actionable regional plans
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal staffing and resource planning
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Promoting effective selling techniques to reduce loss of business and product returns
