Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for equipment and emergency services to own the South of England with a remote, home-based setup and a high earning potential within a high-value regional territory.

You will develop existing accounts, win new business, present a specialist portfolio to senior decision-makers, and travel as needed across the UK. The package includes £50,000–£65,000 base, commission/OTE to £70k–£75k, plus a company car, pension and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience.
• Experience managing a regional territory.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the South of England, covering from the West Midlands down
• Develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new opportunities
• Prepare quotations, presentations and tender submissions
• Build long-term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders
• Manage your own diary, territory and customer appointments
