ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover The Midlands, North London and Norfolk. The role offers a £34,000 base salary with an lucrative OTE of £50,000 and a monthly bonus of around £1,000, plus a company van, laptop and mobile.

This full-time remote position focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales in the designated region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management.
• Dealing with warm leads and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience with equipment installation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with excellent diary management.
• Self‑driven and target‑oriented.
• Willing to travel within The Midlands and Southeast; overnight travel if needed.
• Able to lift 30–40kg equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships across assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
• Lead delivery and installation of sold equipment to cement relationships.
• Meet sales targets and provide product knowledge and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to win business.
