Rose & Young Recruitment Limited seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across North London, East & Midlands. This remote, full-time role emphasizes managing client relationships, opening new opportunities, and delivering equipment installation to solidify partnerships.

You will meet sales targets, share product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel (approx. 2 nights/week) required; base salary £34,000 with a £1,000 monthly bonus and uncapped commission potential.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management.
• Experience within the Automotive sector – ideally.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised – managing own diary.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Willingness to travel within London & South East.
• Able to stay over – approx. 2 nights per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales in their assigned region.
• Delivery and installation of sold equipment form a large part of the role, providing time to cement the newly formed relationship.
• Responsible for meeting sales targets, providing customer product knowledge and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
