Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South London & South East. The role is a full‑time remote position with a base salary of £34,000 per year and an OTE of £50,000. A monthly bonus of about £1,000 is available, with commission guaranteed for the first 3 months.

The package includes company van, laptop, andmobile phone. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, driving sales in the region, and coordinating delivery and installation of equipment.

Role Description

This role of Regional Sales Manager is a full-time remote position.

The Regional Sales Manager will manage and develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales in their assigned region.

Delivery and installation of sold equipment form a large part of the role, providing time to cement the newly formed relationship.

Responsible for meeting sales targets, providing customer product knowledge and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required

• Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management
• Experience within the Automotive sector ideally
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised managing own diary
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willingness to travel London & South East
• Able to stay over approx. 2 nights per week
• Able to lift 30/40kg equipment
