Nuaire, part of the Genuit Group, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive profitable orders across the Bradford, Halifax, Leeds, Doncaster, Hull and Sheffield territory. You will build strategic relationships with mechanical contractors, work with the Specification Sales Engineer, and pursue design-and-build opportunities for commercial ventilation products.

The role is field-based with 37 hours per week, covering a defined northern UK region.

Qualifications

• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• People skills with an approachable style and ability to gain trust.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Current, clean driving licence.
• Experience delivering product presentations.
• Familiarity with project and lead generation software (training provided).
• Technical knowledge of ventilation products is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strategic network of mechanical contractors and build relationships through regular visits and meetings.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and be accessible to customers and colleagues.
• Work with the Specification Sales Engineer to maintain specifications and negotiate profitably at order stage.
• Track projects from design through tender to contract and keep CRM updated.
• Aim to exceed area sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain knowledge of Nuaire product range and present product and control information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Report market conditions and competitor activity to management.
