Genuit Group plc, via its Nuaire brand, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive orders for commercial ventilation solutions across Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Doncaster, Hull and Sheffield regions. You will build relationships with mechanical contractors and coordinate with the Specification Sales Engineer to win design-and-build projects.

The role is field-based with typical Monday–Friday hours. A current driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory are essential; a car

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Consulting or Mechanical Sales background.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel within territory.
• Experience delivering product presentations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strategic network of mechanical contractors and build strong relationships through visits and meetings.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and be accessible to customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with Specification Sales Engineer to protect specifications and negotiate profitability.
• Track projects from design through tender to contract and update CRM.
• Aim to exceed area sales targets and key performance indicators.
