Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive pro-active pre-booked growth across our Hampshire pubs and surrounding areas. You will cover events, private dining and large group bookings while travelling the patch and supporting the centre in Chiswick.

You’ll build strong client relationships and lead site teams to deliver memorable guest experiences, hitting revenue targets across premium pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events.
• Strong commercial focus with a proactive sales mindset.
• Confident in managing client pipelines and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations.
• Drive growth in events, food & drink, and private hire.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
• Build and manage relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance to site teams.
