Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive pro-active pre-booked growth across our premium pubs and hotels in Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will focus on events, private dining, weddings and large group bookings, expanding the client base while supporting long-term business success.

Travel across your patch and to the Support Centre in Chiswick is required, with travel to multiple locations and CRM-driven pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events.
• Willingness to travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus.
• Excellent client relationships and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations, pubs and hotels.
• Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events.
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles.
