Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive pro-active pre-booked growth across our premium pubs and hotels, covering a patch around Hampshire with travel to the Support Centre in Chiswick. You will push growth in events, private dining, and large group bookings, while expanding our client base and supporting long-term success.

• Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events.
• CRM proficiency and strong client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations, pubs and hotels.
• Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events.
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles.
