Country Choice, part of Sysco Speciality Group, is the UK’s leading supplier of in-store bakery and Food-to-Go solutions within the retail market. We provide the UK with delicious bakery and quality food-to-go products through our industry-leading brands.

As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll nurture, grow, and develop accounts with existing customers across your region, as well as win new business. Keeping the customer at the heart of all your activity, you’ll enhance the customer experience and increase sales through excellent customer relationship management.

This role offers you the opportunity to work in sales within a business that provides leading retailers such as Spar, Costcutter, Nisa, Londis, and Booker with unique products and opportunities to expand their customer offerings.

You’ll have previous experience in a field sales role and enjoy smashing sales targets. A good understanding of the retail market and experience working closely with customers in a B2B environment are essential. Your strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship management skills will be key to your success.

Key Skills

  1. Experience in delivering profitable sales
  2. Knowledge of the convenience retail marketplace
  3. Ability to find, convert, and develop profitable new business and grow existing customers
  4. Ability to interpret and act upon financial data
  5. Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
