Job summary

Bistrot Pierre is seeking a proactive Local Sales & Events Manager to drive regional sales growth across Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. You will identify and convert new business opportunities, secure corporate partnerships, and maximise revenue for our restaurants.

Working with General Managers and the Group Senior Sales & Events Manager, you will build a strong local network, develop strategic relationships, and ensure our venues are the first choice for businesses and celebrations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage relationships.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills in a hospitality or sales role.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
