Network Rail is seeking a Retail Business Partner to cover the Northwestern Central region. The role involves working across multiple stations with retailers and internal teams to maintain safety, drive commercial performance and deliver a great customer experience.

You will balance priorities across several locations, manage stakeholders, and implement retail initiatives while ensuring compliance with operational requirements.

Formación

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail/operations environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Commercial/operational background.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor stations and ensure safe, efficient operations while supporting commercial performance.
• Collaborate with station management, retailers and internal stakeholders to drive improved results.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and implement retail initiatives across multiple locations.
• Balance priorities across several locations while maintaining strong working relationships.
